API Inspector
Contract Type: Short Term (3 Months and extendable)
Responsibilities
Conduct inspection of static equipment, piping, tanks, and pressure vessels as per API standards.
Review inspection procedures, test reports, and compliance records.
Perform in-service and shutdown inspections according to API codes.
Monitor thickness measurements, welding repairs, and fitness-for-service evaluations.
Ensure equipment integrity and compliance with safety regulations.
Prepare inspection reports and recommendations.
Minimum Requirements
Diploma / Degree in Mechanical / Engineering.
Authorized Inspector certified in API 510, 570, or 653.
Preferably Certified Welding Inspector (CWI) from AWS or equivalent.
Minimum 8 years of experience in API inspection in oil & gas facilities.
In-depth knowledge of API standards and inspection methodologies.
Strong communication and reporting skills in English.
