About the Role
Location: Ras Laffan, Qatar
Duration: 12 Months (Extendable)
Working Hours: 10 Hours/Day, 6 Days/Week
Mobilization: Immediate
Job Responsibilities
Inspect rotating equipment such as pumps, compressors, turbines, motors, and fans during installation, alignment, and commissioning stages.
Verify compliance with approved drawings, vendor documents, ITPs, and project specifications.
Review vendor manuals, inspection reports, and test records.
Witness alignment checks, run tests, vibration measurements, and pre-commissioning activities.
Coordinate with vendors, construction, and commissioning teams to resolve quality issues.
Prepare inspection and punch list reports.
Qualification & Experience
Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
Mandatory experience in rotating equipment inspection in oil & gas or LNG projects.
Familiarity with API, ISO, and OEM standards is preferred.
Food, accommodation, transportation, visa, and up & down tickets will be provided by the company.
Salary is inclusive of all end-of-service benefits (leave salary and gratuity).
